How soon can I start working on my website after I
have signed up?
A new website is
manually issued within 3-5
business days of us receiving your signup. After you signup, you will receive a welcome email from us with instructions
on pointing your domain name to our servers. Make sure you complete this
step to avoid a delay.
Note: If
you are a current website owner and are requesting that we setup a
temporary website for you, please allow up to one business week for us to
complete this process.

Is it required that I purchase
a webset from
from of your graphic artist?
No, It is not required that you purchase
a webset from

from monthly or quarterly hosting plan to the yearly hosting plan at anytime and still

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.
We are closed weekends and all holidays.
Whether we are in our
office or not, our servers are monitored around the clock, 365 days a
year. Should any server problems arise, our technical team is there to
resolve them.

I already
have a domain name, do I have to switch it to your company?
The only thing that
needs to be done on your domain name is to switch the DNS (domain name
servers) to our servers. This is done at the website where you
registered your domain. It's a very simple process, however if you need
help, we are happy to assist you in making the switch for you.
If you have an
existing website and want to keep that one open while you build your new
website with us, you will wait to change the DNS on your domain name
until you have completed the setup of your new website.

Can
I change my layout once I select it?
YES, you can change
your layout at anytime until you find one that works best with
your graphics.
Changing your layout does not
affect any of the work you have done within your website with the exception of
any "custom" changes that have been applied to your layout.

I
sell a digital product, can I use your services?
Although we do not
offer the ability to load instant downloads directly to your website,
our system is able to work in conjunction with
PayLoadz and
IPMPro.
Both of these companies provide instant download service and we
highly recommend either one of them when selling digital products
online.
To use one of these
companies, you simply signup for an account with them (Payloadz even offers a
free account) and place the download code they provide into your product details
within your shopping cart. They handle the payment collection and product
delivery via instant download. This allows you to store all your very large
digital files on their server, saving space and download time on your website.

Can I setup an
informational website only, without a shopping cart?
Yes you can. Our
system has the ability to remove the shopping cart display from your
website. It is then easily added back should you ever need it in the
future.

Do you charge a
licensing fee to use your website builder?
No, we do NOT charge
any type of licensing fee to use our website builder. You will notice
that many other website builders out there charge a fee that they list
as a "licensing fee", this fee is to cover the cost they pay each time
they purchase the website software. Our website software is an in-house
software, so we don't have to purchase it each time. When you host with
DIYeStores, we include the use of our website builder for FREE. There
are no additional licensing fees. All you
pay is the monthly, quarterly, or yearly hosting fee.

Why don't you use the same program that many other
DIY Website Builders use?
If you have been
researching other DIY website builders, you have probably found that
many of them are using the same program for their website builder. This
program is something that they have purchased for around $29.99 and are
reselling it to their clients (thus the reason you see a licensing fee).
We do NOT use this
program for a few reasons:
The original
programmers of this software are not the ones to support it. So what
happens if there is a problem and the web host isn't a programmer?
It is not a
"complete" website builder with shopping cart. This is very important to
understand. When the program is not a complete system, then you are
still required to signup for a 3rd party shopping cart that is hosted
outside of your website. This can add to your monthly fees, as these 3rd
party shopping carts also charge a fee.
This program does not
include any ongoing updates or new features. Usually it sits as it was
when the web host purchased it, OR if there is an update, you have to
pay an additional fee to get it.
DIYeStores uses an in-house website builder and shopping cart system.
Our programmer is the programmer that developed our software and
supports it. Any updates or new features are added at no additional
cost. 1000's and 1000's of hours have gone into the development and
ongoing support of our system. It's not something you can buy for
$29.99.
