Do I have to sell crafts in order to use your
website builder?
No. Although a large
percentage of our client base are crafters, our services are open to
anyone that sells a family friendly product.

Do I need
to signup for or purchase any additional software such as 3rd
party shopping cart?
No! Unlike many other
website builders out there that require you to also signup for a 3rd
party shopping cart, our DIY Website
Builder is a complete solution. It comes with everything you need to get
your website up and running, including it's own built-in database-driven
shopping cart.

Absolutely! Because our system is
all web based, it doesn’t matter where in the world you are. All you

How long will it take me to build a website?
This is completely up to you.
Many of our clients have a fully functional website setup and running
within a few days, while others have taken a few weeks or even months.
Your website administration area is available for you to work on 24
hours, 7 days a week, so you can work as little or as often as you like.

Should I run into a problem or need help, do you provide support?
Yes! We provide free support to all of our clients. Should you need help or have a question, we can be reached via email,
help desk or our support forum.
Our Staff monitors all of these throughout the day to assist you in a timely manner.

How soon can I start working on my website after I
have signed up?
A new website is usually issued within
2-3
business days of us receiving your signup. There are a couple factors that play into the time it takes us to issue your website. After you signup, you will receive a welcome email from us with instructions
on pointing your domain name to our servers. Once
this process is completed, we can then issue your website.
Note: If
you are a current website owner and are requesting that we setup a
temporary website for you, please allow a couple extra days for us to
complete this process.

Is it required that I purchase
a webset from
your graphic catalog?
No, It is not required that you purchase
a webset from
our graphic catalog, however, you will need graphics in order to build your website. You can create them yourself or purchase them from an outside company. To find a complete list of the graphics needed to build your website,

Do
I have to host my website with your company in order to use your DIY
website builder?
Yes our DIY website
builder is a complete package with hosting and is only available to those
that host their website with us.

Can
I signup for the three month hosting plan and switch to the yearly hosting
plan at anytime?
Yes, you may switch
from three month hosting to the yearly hosting plan at anytime and still
take advantage of the yearly hosting plan special.

I see mention of a
company and website called Prim Mart. What affiliation is this company
to DIYeStores.com?
Prim Mart is our
parent company. It is the legal name under which we conduct business. DIYeStores.com
is a division of Prim Mart. As a DIYeStores.com user, you are a client
of Prim Mart.

What are your office hours?
Our office hours are
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST.
We are closed weekends and all holidays.
Whether we are in our
office or not, our servers are monitored around the clock, 365 days a
year. Should any server problems arise, our technical team is there to
resolve them.

I already
have a domain name, do I have to switch it to your company?
The only thing that
needs to be done on your domain name is to switch the DNS (domain name
servers) to our servers. This is done at the website where you
registered your domain. It's a very simple process, however if you need
help, we are happy to assist you in making the switch for you.
If you have an
existing website and want to keep that one open while you build your new
website with us, you will wait to change the DNS on your domain name
until you have completed the setup of your new website.

Can
I change my layout once I select it?
YES, you can change
your layout at anytime until you have found one that works best with
your graphics.
Changing your layout does not
affect any of the work you have done within your website with the exception of
any "custom" changes that have been applied to your layout.

I
sell a digital product, can I use your services?
Although we do not
offer the ability to load instant downloads directly to your website,
our system is able to work in conjunction with
PayLoadz and
IPMPro.
Both of these companies provide instant download service and we
highly recommend either one of them when selling digital products
online.
To use one of these
companies, you simply signup for an account with them (Payloadz even offers a
free account) and place the download code they provide into your product details
within your shopping cart. They handle the payment collection and product
delivery via instant download.
